Winter Darkness

I heard on the radio today that the sun was rising at 8:30ish and setting at 4:30ish.  That's only 8 hours of sunlight.  8 hours!!

It's makes me really glad for Friday - it's the equinox/solstice/equator/BOGO sale or whatever it's called.  You know - the days will start getting longer again.  Yay!

Either that, or the world will end. We'll just have to see
