Thank You, Dear Shopper

A few months ago something interesting came in our mail -- a handwritten thank you note to James from an employee at Brooks Brothers!!

I'll admit -- I was shocked.

My first thought, from a customer service standpoint (which has become my area of expertise at our clinics), was "well done Brooks Brothers"!  What a personal touch -- who mails handwritten cards anymore! 

But my second thought, from a financial standpoint, was "Gack!!  How much money HAS James spent at that store????"

And my third thought, from a personal opinion standpoint, was "Seriously!  That much money at such a conservative store??  Really???"

Now if the card had been from the Lucky Store, I would have thought "Well bought James, well bought"
